Job Describtion
1. Preparing original invoice and clarify with the outstanding report.
2. Checking AR aging summary everyday.
3. Prepare original invoice Issue to Collector by weekly.
4. Prepare original invoice and issue to UPC Team by monthly.
5. Follow up payment customer
6. Support and follow up with collector, supplier and UPC Team.
7. Make daily collection report management.
8. Prepare report for UPC meeting and monthly meeting.
9. Passed information to management and all principles related when customer problem with payment.
10. Co-ordinate with collector to increase monthly collection amount.
11. Other work Assign Management.
• Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
2. Experiences in accounting atleast 2 year with A/R.
3. Good communication of English and khmer both speaking, writing and listening
4. Knowledge in using Microsoft office and Email
5. Good communication with flexibility to work with customer
6. Hard working and able to work under pressure with strong commitment
7. Smart & patient to solve the problem.
