Job description
- Lead the AR team to ensure on time and accurate revenue collection
- Manage AP
- Manage petty cash
- Lead the stock and inventory team to control school's inventory and stock
- Lead the finance team to source for school's supplies with favorable price and acceptable quality and favorable payment term
- Document AP record and close account monthly
- Verify tax documents from external tax agents
- Handle tasks assigned by direct supervisor and/or the school's management team
