Job Responsibilities:
- Record daily sales, expenses, and purchases.
- Handle invoices, receipts, and petty cash transactions.
- Process vendor payments and track outstanding invoices.
- Follow up on customer payments (if applicable).
- Assist in tracking food/beverage inventory.
- Entry stocks movement into excel.
- Assist in calculating staff hours, overtime, and tips (if applicable).
Requirements:
- Female (Age: 21 to 25 years old)
- 2nd year student/certificate in accounting or related field.
- No experience or 1+ years of accounting/cashier experience in retail/F&B shop.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Can use Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Organized and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication with customer/vendor/staff.
