-Issue invoices and receipts accurately and in a timely manner -Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date -Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies -Contact customers for payment follow-up through phone calls and emails -Maintain detailed records of payment status and communications with customers -Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes -Prepare AR aging reports and other financial summaries
