Main Duties: - Manage Work Order and Letter In-Out - Prepare and update Policy, Procedure, Work Flow, SOPs, and Instruction - Prepare the Announcement and Internal Sign - Consolidate Admin weekly report / Admin Minute Meeting - Reception and Hospitality - Manage Building Plan / Security Camera Plan / Evacuation Plan - Manage Meeting Room / ADM Office Supply Requisition (Odoo ERP) - Handle Meeting Room Preparation, Refreshment, Food and Beverage - Go Green + Requirements & Qualifications: - Bachelor or Master degree in the field of Law, management, or any relevant fields - At least 1 - 2 years’ work experience in Admin, is preferable - Strong communication (Both verbal and written skills in Khmer and English) - Able to manage the tasks assigned by manager and deliver on time and schedule - Ability to prioritize work and complete to the deadline - High patients and able to work under pressure - Honesty, hardworking and team work - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email) + Other benefits: - Working days: Monday to Friday and Half-Saturday - NSSF insurance (both accident & health) - Annual salary review - Paid annual leave days - Annual year-end party - and many more…
