The Asia Mission Alliance (AMA) is a non-profit, charitable, educational, and Christian NGO dedicated to the needs of Cambodians and the development of Cambodia. The AMA will develop educational, medical and Christian assistance projects. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant (full-time 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks at our Phnom Penh office. Job Description: Administrative Assistant is providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing the VISA process for our foreign employees including travels to the Ministry of Foreign Affair and Ministry of Cult and Religion. Responsibilities • Answer and direct phone calls • Provide general support to visitors (employees) • Maintain employee list for both local and foreigners. • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes • Write and distribute email, correspondence letters and forms • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports • Develop and maintain a filing system • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Requirements and skills • Working knowledge of computers and printers. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Communication skills in English or Korean will be a plus • High School Diploma; College Degree will be a plus.
