General Duties and Responsibilities:
This position ensures the effective management of the enrolment process.
• Supervise the handling of learners’ information, including informing parents about schedules, orientations, and events related to the enrolment process.
• Notify the academic department of all changes in learner information, such as new starters, leavers, and updates.
• Oversee all leads, enquiries, and conversion processes.
• Monitor the school’s social media accounts and respond to enquiries, seeking guidance from the academic department when necessary.
• Track competitor schools’ social media activities and inform the School Leadership Team (SLT) of trending initiatives and changes in practices.
• Collaborate with the academic department on learner retention strategies and resolving complaints.
• Achieve school KPI targets and goals related to new starters, leavers, and retention.
• Support the marketing team in promoting school events and services effectively.
• Assist with campaigns and promotions for new enrolments.
• Work alongside the Community Engagement Supervisor on corporate connect initiatives, MOUs, feeder school projects, and partnerships.
• Prepare monthly reports for the Head of School covering all responsibilities.
• Organise and monitor record-keeping systems, including databases and spreadsheets for placements, enrolments, meetings, concerns, starters, and leavers.
• Act as the school’s Parent Liaison, maintaining positive and effective communication with parents.
• Conduct enrolment trend analysis and maintain historical data to help the school forecast enrolment numbers.
• Assist the academic department in sharing important information with parents, such as programme updates, notices, and curriculum details.
• Ensure high standards are maintained in all daily, weekly, monthly, termly, and semesterly tasks.
• Provide support to the Front Office Team during busy periods, as needed.
• Carry out additional duties as required by the Senior Management Team.

• Leadership and Management Capabilities: Competence in guiding teams, making decisions, and managing processes effectively.
• Friendly and Approachable: Must be a “people person” with a caring, supportive, and approachable demeanour to foster positive relationships.
• Exceptional Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure clarity and understanding in all interactions.
Salary Range : 500$ - 700$ ( Base On Experience)
