Position: Assistant Head of Production
Job Description
-Schedule meeting and manage calendars
-Takeaccurateandcomprehensive notes at meetings
-Translate & interpret document, meeting & information (KH, EN & CN)
-Assist daily task & time management -Handlingpaperwork,request, invoice & relevant documents
-Plantravel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
-Draftcorrespondence such as emails and letters
-Relevanttasks assigned by the Head of Production House
Job Requirement
-Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be part of confidential information
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
-Theability to be proactive and take the initiative
-Flexibility and adaptability
-Chinesespeakingis a plus
