Maintain high standards for taste, presentation, and portioning in collaboration with the kitchen team. ▪️Kitchen Operations: Aid in managing kitchen workflows, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance. Assist in inventory tracking, controlling food costs, and minimizing wastage. ▪️Staff Training & Development: Support training initiatives for kitchen staff to improve cooking techniques, safety practices, and teamwork. Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and creativity. ▪️Quality Control: Participate in quality checks to ensure dishes meet taste and presentation standards.
