We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Supervisor to join our team at NEO Game OASIS. The Assistant Supervisor will support the daily operations of the arcade, ensuring smooth functioning, excellent customer service, and an enjoyable experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Supervisor in managing the arcade’s day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service.
Monitor gaming areas to ensure all machines and equipment are functioning properly, and handle minor maintenance or escalate repairs as needed.
Provide leadership to the arcade staff, offering training, guidance, and performance feedback.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support marketing and promotional efforts for the arcade, such as events, tournaments, and special offers.
Handle cash management duties, including overseeing daily revenue reports and assisting in cash handling processes.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the arcade environment.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant supervisory role, preferably in a gaming, entertainment, or retail environment.
Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating a fun and safe environment.
Basic technical knowledge of arcade games or ability to learn to troubleshoot machines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
