Main Responsibilities:
- General Executive Support
- Management Liaison
- Meetings and Reports, and Responding Other Tasks Assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, in English Literature, Business Management, Business Administration, Business Communication, Public Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience as a Secretary or an Executive Assistant
- Willingness to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills that can build relationships with the management team and employees
- In-depth knowledge of administrative tasks
- Excellent task management, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Honest, proactive, creative, smart, hard-working, fast leaning, flexible, committed and disposed person
- Emotional maturity and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency-level written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
