Strategic purpose of the position: This position reports directly to the CEO of the company and is an exciting opportunity to handle business communications, data entry and schedule management at a founder level. Your responsibilities will vary from day to day, but will often include planning and booking travel, tracking and filing the CEO’s expenses and compiling correspondence and reports. Core Responsibilities: • Supporting the CEO administrative and operational assistance. • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO. • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle and prioritize emails and phone calls. • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics. Ensure all travel plans align with the CEO' schedules. • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain and organize files and records. • Track and reconcile expenses, prepare expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies. • Set up and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and distribution of meeting materials. Professional Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a secretary role with a minimum 3-4 years • Good in time management skills and well organize skills • Good in English communications with the ability to multitask effectively
