Position: Bar Manager
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

We are a vibrant bar in the heart of Phnom Penh, known for our welcoming atmosphere, great service, and dynamic drink menu. We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our team, maintain high standards, and ensure our customers have an outstanding experience every time they visit.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of bartenders and support staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
Manage and maintain stock levels, monitor expenses, and control costs while meeting budget goals.
Develop and execute creative drink menus and promotions to attract and retain customers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Build strong customer relationships and provide top-notch service to keep guests coming back.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both Khmer and English is essential.
Proven experience in bar or restaurant management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
Good understanding of cocktails, beers, and wines, with a creative flair for menu development.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
