We are hiring CUSTOMS CLEARANCE ASSISTANT 🔥🔥
✅ Requirements: 📌• Age: Not more than 35 years old 📌• Good level in English
✅ Responsibility & Qualifications: - Prepare and submit customs declarations, import/export documentation, and other necessary paperwork. - Verify that shipments comply with all applicable customs laws, regulations, and tariffs. - Coordinate with customs and police immigration authorities for clearance procedures and resolve any issues or discrepancies. - Track shipments and update to the company on clearance status. - Maintain accurate records of customs documentation and clearance activities. - Liaise with trucking, labour, dry port,... to do smooth clearance. - Proven experience in customs clearance, logistics, or supply chain management - Bachelor’s degree (available for graduates and fresh graduates). - Vietnamese basic speaking is an advantage.
