Responsibilities: • Be a good representative and provide a warm welcome, greeting guests by name upon arrival and departure. • Maintain and upkeep the appearance of the hotel lobby, elevators, and entrances. • Maintain, control, and deliver the luggage or messages for check-in and check-out, ensuring that luggage is properly stored and labelled at all times. • Monitor luggage for group check-ins and check-outs. • Assist Guest Relations or Receptionists in escorting guests and informing them about the room and hotel facilities. • Provide general information and outlet operation hours to guests in a friendly and helpful manner. • Inform and offer attention to guests on their belongings and safety. • Check information on any special events and escort guests accordingly. • Ensure that all equipment within the section is properly maintained and in good working order at all times. • Assist with welcome amenities and lobby cleanliness. • Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, hygiene, uniform, appearance, and posture throughout the section. • Check and update all estimated times, car arrangements, and luggage service requests with the concierge. • Assist in identifying training needs, develop training plans, and implement training sessions for all employees within the section on a regular basis. • Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel. • Be ready and responsible to perform any other duties as designated or required by management. Requirements: • High school education or above or an associate degree in hospitality. • 0-1 years’ experience in a similar role. • Delegation, honesty, ability to provide excellent guest experience. • Hotel driver or valet parking driver. A valid driving license may be required. • Able to communicate in English language clearly both verbally and written. • Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weight to 40kg. • Ability to stand or walk for a long period of the time. • No health issues with overhead below the knees, bending, twisting and pulling. • Must be well-presented and professionally groomed.
