• Received sale order Creating and issued invoices • Issued and packaging goods along with invoice • Tracking and solving process of deliver and delivery goods to customer • Send good to province by express • Make sure customer can get good on time • Pick up new shipment at air port • Updates new shipment in to systems for received inventory stock-In • Updates and monitor daily stock-In, stock-Out movement in systems on daily basis • Analyze and create new items by category in systems • Reports monthly plan and stock-In, stock-Out movement and Invoice issued, Delivery issued to financial head of the company • Control process of sale province tour for (adding stock to van, daily movement in van, returned from van to warehouse • Updates invoice province tour in systems with proper invoice
