Strategic purpose of the position: Responsibility and accountability for supporting, coordinate salespersons to meet strategy objective and target. They are the frontline to get customer contact from variety of marketing channel. Moreover, they manage customer relationships, track marketing activities, and analyze data to improve marketing strategies. Core Responsibilities: • Reply comment and message with efficiency and on time • Answering call in and out with high energy and moral • Creating and distributing weekly affiliate client’s status reports from online (all social channel) • Maintains/Coordinates weekly Sales Reports for analysis • Prints and distributes Price Sheets and Booking Sheets • Take the lead customer from marketing to customer service • Preparing number of calling and from any marketing channel to customer service to handle next • Make report call, message to sale manager and digital marketing team Professional Qualification and Personality: • Have experience to work at call center or reply Facebook page 2 at least years • Good with communication with client by online • Have some knowledge related on Digital marketing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Understand about CRM systems • Finish at least grade 12 • Customer Service • Effective Communication • Problem-Solving • Emotional Intelligence • Approachable • Multitasker • Exceptional Communication Skills • Like to interacting with people
