Key Responsibilities: Oversee and guide the sales team in daily operations and sales efforts. Monitor performance, set targets, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals. Promote and sell the car loan product to potential clients through visits and presentations. Lead efforts in identifying new market opportunities and expanding the client base. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the car loan product. Train and support the Credit Officers (COs) to ensure they effectively achieve their sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business partners and customers. Act as a liaison between the company and external partners to ensure smooth operations. Analyze applicants’ financial status, creditworthiness, and property evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting loans. Work closely with Credit Officers to assess risk and ensure compliance with company policies. Conduct customer visits alongside Credit Officers to verify and assess the legitimacy of loan applications. Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare and present regular sales reports. Provide direct updates to the Head of Sales regarding team performance, market trends, and strategic insights. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the financial or automotive sector. BA/Master in Finance and Banking, Business, Management, or others related field. Minimum 3 years experience in relevant position. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to analyze financial information and make sound decisions. Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and team members.
