Job Summary:
We are looking for friendly and dependable Cashiers to assist with customer service and handle payments. This role involves providing great service to students, and customers while managing transactions and assisting with general inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, staff, and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process payments (cash, card) accurately
- Give correct change and receipts for purchases.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a clean and organized cash register and front desk area.
- Help with scheduling, messages, or other office tasks as needed.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and dependable.
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy environment.
