Cata Rosa - Rose wine

Strawberry pink light bright colour. Fruity aromatic, persistence with intense notes of red fruit, citrus and certain floral nuances. Intense fruity flavours, fresh, smooth and balanced. Long and of great persistence on the palate. The rosé wine of the D.O. Navarra is produced only from red grapes, mostly of the Garnacha variety, with a striking colour. Destemmed and partially crushed, with maceration time of 10 hours at 18-20˚. The wine is clarified. Controlled fermentation between 18-20˚. With this delicated process, wines of great aromatic complexity of red fruits, sweets... and balanced acidity are obtained. Ideal with light meats, smoked meats, seafood, rice and pasta.
