Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and calculate shift operation plans to ensure efficiency and report to supervisors.
Supervise chemical quality testing of alcoholic beverage products to ensure compliance with standards.
Summarize and report quality issues identified in chemical test results to supervisors and relevant departments.
Coordinate with production, packaging, product development, and production planning teams to address chemical quality issues and implement product holds when specifications are not met.
Monitor chemical test results and analyze statistical data to identify quality trends in chemical composition.
Propose solutions for chemical test-related issues and contribute to new research trials to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement department goals by assessing feasibility and proposing control plans that align with factory policies and organizational objectives.
Comply with the company's quality management systems and established protocols.
Perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Product Development, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
Experience in beverage production is preferred but not required.
Good proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Location: Koh Pich Boeng Keng Kang Bei, Boeng Keng Kang, Phnom Penh
