A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES a. Teacher Attitude & Professionalism: Teacher must be well prepared with excellent discipline, punctual, approachable, respectful, responsible, reliable, and cooperative & have good sense of humors etc. b. Teacher Observation: Be cooperative with open-minded and be willing to improve c. Grooming: Wear School Uniform if any, ID Card, look professional, and obey the school grooming policy at all-time within the school premises d. Teaching & Learning: Ensure quality of learning & teaching with up to date methodology & technology e. Lesson Plan: Prepare and follow lesson plan f. Extra learning activities: Plan a program that helps each student achieve learning objectives & curriculum goal g. Test: Prepare, correct, update tests, quizzes, both soft and hard h. Homework & Handout: Provide enough homework and handout for students i. Learning materials & Resources: Prepare for all classes as needed, be innovative & creative j. Professional Development: All teachers must commit to continually improve their teaching methodology skills and knowledge k. Student: Discipline, learning outcome, score, homework, attendance, attitude, communication, counseling, grooming, participation, engagement, competitions, observation & evaluation, etc. l. Student Evaluation: Evaluate students’ performance and progress to enhance their skills and attitude on regular basis m. Student Feedback: Cooperate and be open-minded for student feedback if applicable (once per term/semester) n. Parents: Problem and solution, counseling, communication, relationship, general services & support, observation and evaluation, etc. o. School Events & PTM: Propose, prepare, and participate in all school events including parent-teacher meeting p. Curriculum: Follow the school curriculum, course outline and syllabus q. Chinese Learning Environment: All students must communicate in Chinese at all-time except during their Khmer or Chinese learning time r. Classroom Management: well-disciplined, fun and effective learning environment s. Class Decoration: Proper, beautiful, clean, suitable for program and age group t. Greeting Services: all teachers are required to welcome students and parents before and after school u. Safety: All students must be supervised and monitored at all time v. Media: Like, share and comment all photos and videos on school Facebook pages, Youtube,, and Instagram. Encourage students and other colleagues to do so w. Communication: be active and responsive professionally via Telegram and phone call *** Break time: Teachers must be with students during break time (as appointed) to ensure safety B. OTHER DUTIES a. Respect and act according to school’s vision, mission, goals, all management system, policies and guidelines. b. Conduct, attend all meeting & training required by the organization c. Cooperate well with other departments and ELT Campuses. d. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the immediate manager e. Perform other duties as required.
