Duties and Responsibilities:
- To maintain data input on time and correctly, follow up with Wholesalers to submit retailers’ invoices.
- Escalate complex issues from customers to the relevant team timely and in professional manner
- Send reports to related department following the timeline
- Be available and flexible to join market visit
- Liaise with other cross functions to keep them informed and involved in creating solutions to problems
- Verify prices, volumes from Wholesalers to retailers by calling to check with retailers
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business, Administration
- Handling customer experience or supervisory / people management
- Able to use SAP
- Excellent verbal communication skill
- Customer Service/Call Center skill
- Having good written and spoken in English
