The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors. I. Key Responsibilities: - Clean and sanitize common areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and vacant units. - Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as required. - Empty trash bins, dispose of waste appropriately, and ensure the environment is free of litter. - Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors. - Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items in communal spaces. - Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas like walkways, courtyards, and parking lots. - Restock toilet supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper). - Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, spills, or damages) to the Supervisor for immediate repair. - Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies at all times. - Assist with event setup and clean-up in shared spaces (if applicable). - Replenish cleaning supplies as needed and inform the supervisor when stock is low. - Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order, and report when repairs or replacements are required. II. Skills & Qualifications: - Previous experience as a cleaner, janitor, or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods. - Physical ability to lift, move, and operate cleaning equipment. - Good attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong communication skills for interaction with residents and team members. III. Working Conditions: - Full-time: Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Holidays: Saturday and Sunday - Primarily indoor work, but occasional outdoor cleaning may be required.
