We’re looking for a creative and savvy Content Creator and Social Media Manager to showcase our brand online and connect with our customers in fresh, engaging ways. If you’re passionate about social media, storytelling, and the bar scene, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop high-quality content (photos, videos, stories, etc.) that highlights our drinks, food, events, and atmosphere.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Engagement: Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages, engaging with customer content, and building an online community.
Campaigns and Promotions: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives to drive customer engagement and foot traffic.
Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style that reflects our bar’s unique identity.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to understand what’s working and optimize future content.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus!
Creativity: Strong eye for visual storytelling and aesthetics, with a knack for capturing compelling images and videos.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media tools, content creation apps (like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar), and analytics platforms.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
