Content Marketing Executive RESPONSIBILITIES: • Reviews and plans the overall marketing strategy for our real estate projects; • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns according to all kind of company products; • Designs, builds, and manage all marketing tools (video, photos, physical model, etc.) to maintains our social media presence. • Manage and distributes our media publications, POSM (leaflet, brochure, flyers, standee, etc.) to the business activities and Real Estate Exchanges; • Develops the brand image and presence through avaible social media channels; • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns; • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies of real estate marketing; • Participates to the professional training program, update and learn more knowledge and skills… • Other tasks assigned by the Board of Management. REQUIREMENTS: • Age: 25 – 35; • At least 2 years working experience in the same position, especially in real estate industry; • College / Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism or related field; • Good at Computer literate-MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Email; other applications for marketing; • Useful in English and Khmer. Chinese or Vietnamese is advantaged; • Ability to measure the effectiveness of marketing methods and strategies; • Communication and presentation skills; • Creativity and innovation skills; • Organizational and independent working skills; • Knowledge of the real estate market and having network related to work; • Ability to manage and coordinate teamwork.
