• Make sure costing on time • Work cooperate with cross department for getting supporting documents for calculate costing • Ensure all support document complete • Check and verify amount of support documents is correct. • Check and verify commercial invoice from suppliers are correct • Verify storage charge calculate with scanning document. • Ensure PO properly booked into system by purchase team before booking actual costing • Prepare and calculate costing and perform into ERP system. • Actual costing is reconciled start booked in ERP and send to FM for checking and approval.
