Hello there!
We have a 3 bed room apartment near Tuol Sleng with a room for rent, it's $150/month plus expenses which are divided by all three (around $35/month including electricity (if no Ac is used, otherwise gets paid extra), water, weekly cleaning and parking)
It's a nice neighborhood filled with shops, street food, a street market and central to most of areas in town, easy walk and cycle to bkk1, russian market and olympic stadium areas. Small apartment building with a lovely landlord family (and a mango tree!), we also live with a cat so mind that in case you're allergic. Fully furnished and with hot water, washing machine and all kitchen stuff, also loads of art supplies in case you're up to paint or play around :)
