KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide excellent customer service through digital channels by responding to inquiries, feedback, and complaints via live chat, social media, and web platforms. - Communicate clearly and effectively about AirAsia products and services, using strong written communication skills. - Follow company procedures to resolve customer issues and assist with product usage. - Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to identify and report system issues. - Support both team and individual sales targets by upselling products while delivering outstanding service. QUALIFICATIONS - Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field. - Previous customer service experience is a plus. - Native Khmer speaker with good English communication skills. - Strong computer skills. - Flexible and skilled in customer handling.
