JOB DESCRIPTION: - Contact customers to bring their cars for service checking, - Survey customers feedback after receive service checking, - Update customer information, - Check with customer for quotation approval, booking service, and mobile service, - Promote service and spare parts sales, - Handle customer complaints, - Check and monitor facility based on checklist, - Other tasks as assigned from manager. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - At least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other related fields, - Minimum 2 years experiences in customer service or related field, - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, - Be able to deal with customers complain and concern, - Able to use Ms. Office, - Good command of English.
