We are looking for skilled and motivated candidates to join our Team:
Position: : Customer Service (Membership System)
Job Summary
The Customer Service (Membership System) role focuses on managing member inquiries, handling point transactions and ensuring smooth membership operations. The position involves resolving complaints, conducting satisfaction surveys, and analyzing member data to enhance service quality. Additionally, it requires building strong relationships with members, providing personalized service, and supporting marketing and event planning efforts. Ideal candidates should have prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in office software. Fluency in both Chinese and English is required, with a preference for candidates meeting the specified height requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle membersโ inquiries regarding membership levels, points rules, and member benefits. Receive and follow up on complaints and suggestions to ensure a timely and effective resolution.
2. Assist members with point inquiries, redemptions, and transactions to ensure smooth system operations. Monitor the effectiveness of point-based activities, collect feedback, and suggest optimizations.
3. Conduct regular member satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and propose improvements. Enhance service processes and member benefits based on feedback.
4. Maintain strong member relationships through follow-ups and personalized communication. Identify high-value members and provide customized service solutions to enhance loyalty.
5. Compile and analyze member-related data, including inquiries and complaints, to generate reports supporting decision-making. Monitor member behavior data for marketing and event planning.
Job Requirements:
โข Prior experience in customer service, preferably within a membership system.
โข Strong communication skills with a professional appearance.
โข Preferred Height: Male: 1.75m+, Female: 1.60m+
โข Strong customer service mindset with proficiency in office software.
โข Language Requirements: Can use both language is Chinese / English.
