Job Title: Condominium Customer Service Department: Human Resources Locatton: Morgan EnMaison (Shibang Property Management) Reports To: Property Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Morning Shift: 8:30AM – 5:30PM Afternoon Shift: 4:00PM – 1:00AM Night Shift: 11:30PM – 8:30AM Job Descriptton: We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service to join our condominium team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resident inquiries, addressing concerns, providing informatton, and ensuring a posittve living experience for all residents and visitors. As a front-line representattve, this role is crucial in maintaining the relattonship between the condominium management and residents, ensuring high standards of service and sattsfactton. Key Responsibilittes: • Provide excepttonal customer service to residents, tenants, and visitors, responding promptly and courteously to inquiries and requests. • Assist residents with move-in/move-out procedures, maintenance requests, and general inquiries about building amenittes and services. • Serve as the ffrst point of contact for residents, addressing complaints, concerns, and requests, and resolving issues in a ttmely manner. • Work closely with property management to ensure smooth communicatton and prompt follow-up on maintenance and service requests. • Ensure compliance with condominium rules, regulattons, and policies by communicattng these clearly to residents. • Help manage building facilittes, including assisttng with the coordinatton of maintenance, bookings for amenittes, and resident events. • Organize and distribute newsletters, updates, and nottces to residents regarding building news, events, and maintenance schedules. • Handle administrattve tasks such as record-keeping, data entry, and reporttng on customer service acttvittes. • Assist with organizing resident engagement events, meettngs, and building-related acttvittes. Job Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent (a Bachelor’s degree in a related ffeld is a plus). • Previous customer service experience (property management or condominium experience preferred). • Excellent verbal and written communicatton skills in [English/Khmer or Chinese]. • Strong organizattonal skills and the ability to manage multtple tasks efffciently. • Excepttonal problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve confficts. • Strong customer service orientatton with a posittve, helpful, and proacttve attttude. • Familiarity with condominium rules, regulattons, and policies is highly desirable. • Proffciency in using offfce soffware (Microsoff Offfce Suite, property management soffware is a plus). • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. • Professional appearance and demeanor. Desirable Qualittes: • Bilingual or multtlingual candidates (Khmer/English/Chinese) preferred. • Calm under pressure with a posittve, solutton-oriented mindset. • Proacttve in identtfying potenttal issues and resolving them before they escalate. • Strong attentton to detail and a high level of professionalism. • Ability to handle sensittve situattons with discretton and conffdenttality. HAVE TO SHIFT 8:30-17:30 , 16:00-1:00
