Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing
Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or in person
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
Follow up with potential and existing customers to encourage repeat sales
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions
Keep records of sales and customer interactions using CRM tools
Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with logistics or warehouse teams for timely delivery
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints effectively and professionally
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus)
Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a product-based business
Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Good organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude, team spirit, and goal-oriented mindset
