Key Responsibilities:
1 Response to Delivery Partner inquiries in chat group
2 Control and transfer additional delivery fee for special cases
3 Support Acquisition and Quality Control team when in need
4 Response to dispatching team issues versus Delivery Partner in daily operation.
5 Oversee; control office securities and power supply and makes sure office is safe to close the operation hour
6 Being as the company brand ambassador
7 Support and assist to direct Supervisor on related duties and responsibilities as required
