Job Overview:
We are looking for a Design Manager with expertise in signage design to lead our creative team. This role requires a highly skilled designer who can manage projects from concept to production, ensuring top-quality designs that align with client needs and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the design team to develop innovative and functional signage concepts
Oversee the entire design process, from ideation to production-ready files
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide creative solutions
Ensure all designs meet branding, technical, and production standards
Work closely with the fabrication and installation teams to ensure feasibility and quality
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Stay updated with the latest trends in signage, materials, and technology
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in signage design and management
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and AutoCAD (preferred)
Strong understanding of materials and fabrication techniques.
Must be fluent in speaking english / khmer
Ability to innovate and guide a team towards outstanding design execution
