Job Description: We are looking for a talented and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, system administration, and a passion for automation. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to streamline our software delivery processes and ensure our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds, testing, and deployments. - Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. - Collaborate with development teams to optimize the software development lifecycle and improve productivity. - Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. - Automate and manage server configurations, patching, and provisioning. - Ensure proper monitoring, alerting, and logging are in place for all production systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployment and infrastructure. - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in DevOps and cloud computing. - Conduct regular performance testing and capacity planning to ensure systems can handle expected loads.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role. - Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or others. - Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, Ruby). - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. - Knowledge of networking concepts, security practices, and monitoring tools.
