Job Summary: The Media Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of media planning, buying, and optimization across various channels to support the organization's marketing and communication objectives. This role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively manage budgets to maximize ROI. The Media Manager will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and media vendors to develop and execute comprehensive media plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Media Planning and Strategy: - Develop and execute comprehensive media plans aligned with marketing and communication objectives. - Conduct audience research and analysis to identify target demographics and media consumption habits. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define key messaging and positioning for media campaigns. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new advertising technologies to optimize media strategies. 2. Media Buying and Negotiation: - Manage media budgets effectively to achieve maximum reach and engagement within specified parameters. - Negotiate favorable rates and added value opportunities with media vendors to optimize campaign performance. - Monitor media buying platforms and tools to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and optimization of campaigns. - Continuously evaluate media performance metrics and adjust buying strategies to improve ROI. - 3. Campaign Management and Optimization: - Oversee the execution of media campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, broadcast, and out-of-home. - Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging tailored to each media channel. - Utilize data analytics and performance tracking tools to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization. - Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad placements, formats, and targeting parameters. 4. Vendor and Agency Management: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, publishers, and advertising platforms. - and onboard new media partners and technologies to expand reach and drive innovation. - Collaborate with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless execution of media campaigns and deliverables. - Provide clear direction, feedback, and performance evaluations to agency partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals. 5.Reporting and Analysis: - Generate regular reports on media performance, including key metrics such as reach, frequency, CTR, CPA, and ROI. - Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and recommendations for future media planning and optimization. - Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - 5+ years of experience in media planning, buying, and optimization, preferably within a corporate marketing or advertising agency environment. - Proficiency in media buying platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DSPs) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and develop actionable insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. - track record of managing multi-channel media campaigns and optimizing performance to achieve business objectives. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. - Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. - Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating media agreements. - Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant advertising platforms is a plus.
