Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for overseeing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and brand awareness. This role involves managing social media accounts, email campaigns, website content, and online advertising efforts. The Digital Marketing Officer analyzes data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make adjustments as needed to optimize performance. Reporting and delegation flow: o Report directly to Head of Operation Department o Get direct instruct and perform job delegated by HOD and CEO 2. Responsibilities: o Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to Codingate's website and social media platforms o Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels o Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools o Create engaging content for social media posts, email campaigns, and blog articles o Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials o Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and make recommendations for improvements o Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other partners for collaborations o Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth o Manage the company's online reputation and respond to customer inquiries and reviews o Report on key performance indicators and provide insights to the management team 3. Required knowledge, skills, and experience: o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field o Proven experience in digital marketing o Certifications in digital marketing tools and platforms o Knowledge of AI and technology trends o Experience in a leadership role 4.
