Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Office: Morgan Tower, 16F, Koh Pich Diamond Island, Phnom Penh, Cambodia Reports To: Marketing Manager About InvestM: InvestM is a leading platform offering innovative financial solutions. We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence and support business growth through effective digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, social media, email, and more to generate leads and drive conversions. • SEO & SEM: Optimize on-page and off-page SEO, manage SEM campaigns to improve search rankings and website traffic. • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content for blogs, social media, and paid media. • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, provide insights to optimize ROI. • Social Media such as Facebook, Tiktok, …: Manage social media channels and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads. • Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates across digital channels. Qualifications: • Experience: 2-3 years in digital marketing, with focus on SEO, SEM, content, and paid media. Financial services experience is a plus. • Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), email platforms and social media management tools. • Creativity & Communication: Strong writing and creative skills with a focus on performance-driven content.
