VE (Cambodia) LTD is looking for the potential candidates as below:
Distribution Manager (Local Only)
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with ASM, Distribution Team, Warehouse, and F&A to implement delivery & supply for PO from SR & MR for Phnom Penh.
· Coordinate with ASM, Distribution Team, Warehouse, and F&A to implement direct supply by van for PO from SR & MR for Phnom Penh Suburban (SUB) and Provinces.
· Coordinate with ASM, Distribution Team, Warehouse, and F&A to work with warehouse for goods sending by taxi/courier company to SUB/Provinces.
· Discuss with NS&DM to solve problem when have any issues during delivery/ supply.
· Manage and control outstanding & collection for province vans.
· Support Distribution Assistant, Collection Team and Van SR to consolidate feedback from customer on collection and discuss with NS&DM before sending comment report to Finance Department and Marketing Team for Solution and/or Next Action.
· Coordinate in all VECL’s Distribution WhatsApp groups (at least 200 WhatsApp Groups + at least 5 Facebook Messenger Groups).
· Support team to coordinate with concerned departments to process PO from bidding & tendering customer and to process consignment for customer.
· Support delivery staff, and van sales staff that have problem with automated deposit machine (not printing deposit receipt, don’t see balance update after deposit, …) at all times.
· Assist NS&DM to recruit and select staff for distribution team.
· Prepare Monthly Province Van Sales Schedule and discuss with NS&DM, share to concerned departments, and fix field staff schedule to join trip either from sales team or marketing team.
· Support Distribution Assistant to make monthly stock estimation for each van (use data provided by Finance & Account team) and send to marketing team to adjust then send the
· final one after adjusted by marketing team to WH (start from Apr-2025).
· Train and coach distribution staff
· Other tasks assigned by Management.
