• Greeting, and welcoming people in a friendly and professional manner • Assist in emergencies, including fire alarm activations, and carry out fire attendant duties • Channel all requests, complaints, and comments to the Project manager for necessary action • Control the inspection main gate, parking, entrance, lobby area and area in front of the building. • Open the door for all guests when enter and exit from the building • The main door to the lobby is followed “closed-door policy” • Know residents who are staying in the building. • Record every resident when they enter and exit from the building into the log book. • At the main gate, do the information check of the visitors (visitor screening) and inform to supervisory before allow them enter to the building. • Answering the inquiries of the visitors, residents and other personnel politely in professional manner. • At the main gate, assist the residents to pick up any luggage between the street and lobby area. • Provide the help to counter staff in the lobby if they need help. • Register all contractors, workers, and visitors who are coming into the building. • Record and check all materials of the contractor and worker when move IN/OUT of the building. • Identify and address security threats, and ensure that only authorized people enter the building for all entrances included motorbike, car parking and lobby entrance. • To establish and maintain good public relations • All shifts must patrol around the main gate and regularly update the Telegram group • Rotate, communicate and monitor the security personnel of outsourcing when it is needed. • Follow up on any comments, suggestions, or complaints until the matter is resolved • Report any issues or abnormalities to the line Manager with a recommendation for improvement. • Carry out and assume any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Project manager
