+Job Description:
• Report for duty punctually, wearing a neat and clean uniform, including a name tag and polished shoes.
• Know the basic functions of the engine and vehicle.
• Be familiar with the local streets and lanes, and know how to reach the destination in the fastest and safest way.
• Know how to solve problems in case of any accident or emergency.
• Warm up the car every morning, clean it, and check that everything is in working order.
• Prepare welcome amenities, the pick-up signboard, and ensure all are ready and refilled.
• Ensure that the hotel cars are properly maintained and serviced.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the cars at all times, including the smell, seats, wheels, and glass.
• Know all safety and emergency procedures and how to act upon them, being aware of accidents.
• Provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
• Develop detailed knowledge about attractive places, services, and hotel products.
• Greet all arriving guests and wish farewell to departing guests.
• Inform and offer attention to guests on their belongings and safety, before and after service.
• Assist the bellman on any needs and with guests' luggage on arrival and departure.
• Check and update all estimated times and car arrangements with the concierge.
• Fill up the time schedule and record the details of each way vehicles were used.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned, such as delivering any in-house needs.
• Attend all training whenever requested by the management.
• Report any problems or abnormalities regarding the cars immediately to the chief of drivers or the manager.
+Requirements:
• High school education or above, or an associate degree in hospitality.
• 0-1 years' experience in a similar role.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Possess a positive attitude, attentiveness, and strong time management skills.
• Ability to present, speak, and accompany guests.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• No health issues with legs or arms, and able to work under pressure.
• Must be well-presented and professionally groomed.
