Job responsibilities: • Install water dispensers & water filter machine for customers (direct piping/tubing, filter connection, kitchen top/cabinet drilling for tubes); • on-site servicing of machine, on-site troubleshoot and repair (leakage, water dispensing malfunction, cold/hot water malfunction, cartridge filter replacement; • Understand and advice customers regarding installation and set up • Be able to preparing all necessary equipment for new installation • Repairing and maintenance of water purifiers • Answering customers concerns and complaints • Daily, weekly and monthly reports to manager • Lead and oversea team members • manage stock of replacement machines and parts in warehouse; • Installing water purifiers at customers' house in an efficient and timely manner. • Assist Manager in misc duties when needed
