*** Job Description 1. Daily implement direct sales distribution to the targeted outlets under specific location (Geography, assigned by Grocery Manager) 2. Deliver sales and distribution target as daily base. 3. Daily Implement the freshness level in motor cool box and at TM outlet. 4. Daily Implement stock reconciliation. 5. Daily Implement cash settlement. 6. Implement sales promotion and consumer activity at targeted outlet. 7. Reporting all the product feedbacks to immediate line manager via consumer dialog program. 8. Ensure tools of sales are used properly and appropriately. 9. Build a very good relationship with trade and gain more support from those trades to sell more our product. 10. Join support of the brand promotion activities as well as ADHOC supports to any requirement by line manager. 11. Delivery very good visibilities in assigned territories. *** Job Requirements 1. Education: o High School Degree (Bac II) or Bachelor Degree (is preferred) 2. Experiences: o FMCG industry for 1 year or more 3. Skills and knowledge: o Stock control on motor. o Cash control from customers and settlement. o Sales and distribution the new products.
