Job Requirements: • Driver license required. • Age from 25 to 35 years old. • flexibility for extended hours, including able to travel with management to provinces frequently. • Skills: excellent time management and organizational abilities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom). • Familiarity with agricultural terminology, business cycles, and supply chain dynamics is a plus. • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling sensitive information. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. • Key Competencies: attention to detail and accuracy. • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to anticipate the Managing Director’s needs. • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners. • Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to evolving priorities and business demands. • A passion for the agricultural industry and its role in food production, sustainability, and innovation. • Working Conditions: office-based role with occasional visits to agricultural sites, field operations, and industry events.
