We are looking for our factory Manager who can speak Japanese.
Would you like to work with us using your experience and skills?
We are doing used clothing business for more than 15 years and we will teach you how to manage step by step.

Salary: Manager for 350$〜500$
Training term: 3 month
Need Skill:
Can speaking and listening by Japanese and English and reading and writing by English for communicate to our Japanese Company in Japan.
Can use PC by Windows
Can use Excel and Word
If you have experienced accounting or especially management, it will be helpful for us.
Location: Lot 189, Samdech Chea Sim Street, Chres Village, Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmey, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh
1)Working Hours: 8:00am-17:00pm
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
2)Break time
Lunch time: 12:00-13:00
Short break time at 10:00: 10min
Short break time at 15:00: 10min
3)Vacation time (Annual Holidays)
1) Khmer New Year (April): 3 days
2) Pchum Ben (September): 3 days
When a Sunday falls between the two days, one day is taken off in lieu.
3) International New Year: 2 days (12/31-1/1 if Sunday included, it is still applicable)
4)Ceremonial Occasion
One generation (including the siblings of the person and her spouse)
Ex. The person’s Father, mother, children, brothers, sisters and Spouse's father, mother, children, brothers, sisters
Give 3 days paid holiday.
5)Salary payment
26th of this month to 25th of next month
We will pay 1st, month after next.
Ex. Working time: 26th, March to 25th, April and Payment on 1st, May.
6)Paid holiday
Basic 6 months for 3 days
January to June, July to December
No carry-forward leave
New staff 3 days paid for 6 months from the 3rd month after joining the company
Ex. The staff started working at April, 1st. The staff can get 3days paid holiday from 1st, July.
7)Base increase system
1 Year 1 Time
Amount will be paid according to performance and work attitude
8)Borrow Money System
Staff can borrow money when they need.
