1. Consolidate and analyze financial reports of all Sokha Hotel Properties 2. Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies. 3. Monitor and analyze Physical financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement 4. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on financial matters, including investment decisions, capital allocation, and risk management. 5. Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. 6. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities. 7. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and other legal requirements. 8. Implement and maintain effective internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks. 9. Supervise and mentor finance team members, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. 10. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the hotel and hospitality sector, and advise senior management accordingly. 11. Other tasks assigned by top management • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or CAT or ACCA. • At least 5 years of working experience in Accounting and Finance management role • At least 10 years of total working experience Finance and Accounting. • Significant experience in financial management, preferably from Hotel industry • Have experience in handling tax declaration and closing accounts. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products especially Ms. Excel. • Experience in accounting software, sun system is a plus. • Good at figures and attention to details. • Be able to work under pressure and reach targets. • Be honest, trustworthy, self-motivated, high commitment, and result-oriented. • Good command of English.
