Finance Director (Sokha Hotel and Resort)

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives and maximize profitability. • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies. • Monitor and analyze Physical financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on financial matters, including investment decisions, capital allocation, and risk management. • Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities. • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and other legal requirements. • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks. • Supervise and mentor finance team members, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. • Stay updated of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate sector, and advise senior management accordingly. • Other tasks assigned by top management
Job Requirement: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree, and ACCA or CPA preferred) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manager or Assistant Director level, focusing on real estate or property development. • In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, modeling, and valuation techniques, with a strong understanding of real estate finance principles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non- financial stakeholders • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
