Finance Manager Job Description Key Responsibilities: o Create financial forecasts and models to predict future financial outcomes. o Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and dashboards (monthly, quarterly, and annual). o Oversee the preparation of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. o Ensure compliance with all regulatory financial reporting requirements. o Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles o Coordinate and complete annual audits and Tax. o Oversee the day-to-day operations of the purchase ledger o Monitor and manage the organization’s cash flow to ensure financial stability. o Implement and maintain internal controls to manage financial risks. o Recommend improvements to cash flow management and cost-saving measures. o Track expenses and work with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities. o Ensure expenditures are in line with budgets and financial goals. o Coordinate the preparation for audits, ensuring accurate and organized documentation. o Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations. o Work with legal teams to ensure financial processes meet regulatory requirements. o Work with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies.
