Cash Flow Management:
- Manage day-to-day cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity.
- Develop and implement cash flow forecasting and management strategies.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Financial Controls and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filings.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor finance staff.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Strategic Planning:
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct financial due diligence for potential acquisitions or expansions.
- Analyze profitability of product lines, and suggest improvements.
